Conference Information

The HUG Conference is designed to provide an opportunity to share ideas, knowledge and training for all interested in the mission of the Haiti Education Foundation, as well as introduce you to HEF partners; Haiti Healthcare Partnership, Living Waters for the World and Solar Under the Sun. This gathering will enhance our ability to spread the word of our ministries and empower all to use their gifts to benefit the people in the mountains of southern Haiti.

Breakout sessions will be available in the areas of:

• HEF 101 – An Introduction to the Haiti Education Foundation
• Presenting HEF in your Church
• Mission Trips to Haiti
• Fundraising and Getting your Church involved with HEF
• Financing HEF
• Q&A with the Priests

Displays will be set up for free time visits with HEF partners:

• Living Waters for the World
• Solar Under the Sun

This is a vital time in our ministry! We look forward to your presence as we work together to make a difference in the lives of God’s children in Haiti.

Location:
Training takes place at the Ferncliff Camp and Conference Center near Little Rock, AR.  Visit ferncliff.org for directions.

Cost: 

1. With accommodations  $210/person
   
   
2. With accommodations $360/couple
   
   
3. Commuter  $87/person

Cost includes supplies for all sessions, 5 meals, and t-shirt. Registrations with accommodations includes room and board for two (2) nights, with rooms being assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
